Key requirements and qualifications Prefer an advanced degree in health science, epidemiology, statistics, economics, marketing or other quantitative field. A bachelor degree is required. Ability to develop statistical metrics for evaluating program and business effectiveness. Prepare analytic outcomes data for reporting and devise statistically based business recommendations. Experience analyzing pharmacy and medical claims data. Advance analytical programming proficient in SAS and SQL with large data sets.
