Cindy Lee




Cindy Lee is Associate Senior Statistical Analyst at Eli Lilly and Company, Indianapolis, IN. She has over 14 years of SAS programming experience and has been actively involved with the SAS users community, especially the Midwest SAS Users Group (MWSUG). She co-chaired the 2002 and 2004 MWSUG conferences. In addition to her work on the implementation and automation of statistical methods, she is also writing a chapter for Pharmaceutical Statistics Using SAS.


Susan Slaughter




Susan Slaughter is best known as one of the authors of The Little SAS Book which is published by SAS Publishing's Books by Users Press and is now in its third edition. Susan discovered SAS software in graduate school over 20 years ago. Since then she has used SAS in a variety of business and academic settings, managing large databases, teaching SAS software classes, and writing about SAS. Susan is a co-founder and current chair of the Sacramento Valley SAS Users Group, and has presented over 30 papers at local, regional, and national SAS user group conferences. Susan now works as a consultant through her company, Avocet Solutions, and, with Lora Delwiche, is currently writing The Little Enterprise Guide Book.


John Xu

John (Zhuan) Xu is Director of Consulting of 1ST Consulting LLC, which he founded in 1998. He is an experienced SAS programmer/analyst/statistician with 15 years of SAS experience. He has provided quality consulting services to many clients. He is also an active member of SAS users community. He has run Iowa SAS Users Groupís monthly meeting for the past 7 years and currently serves as Treasurer of the Midwest SAS Users Group (MWSUG). John has done some pioneering work in developing a native Windows GUI for SAS. His presentation about Easy Interface for SAS won Best Paper Award at SUGI 23 in 1998. He is especially interested in developing custom tasks for SAS Enterprise Guide.


Donald L. Penix Jr. (D.J.)




D.J. Penix is the President of Pinnacle Solutions Inc, Indianapolis, IN. He has over 11 years of experience analyzing data and developing business intelligent applications using many of the SAS software products. He currently serves as Vice-President on the Midwest SAS Users Group (MWSUG) Executive Committee and co-chaired the 2002 MWSUG conference.


Philip Holland




Philip Holland has been using SAS software since 1981, has been a consultant with Holland Numerics Ltd (United Kingdom) since 1992, and is the current webmaster and newsletter editor for VIEWS, the Independent UK SAS User Group. Having an enquiring mind, he is continually looking for new ways to use SAS software, and has, as a result, presented papers at SAS conferences on a wide variety of topics, most recently on Enterprise Guide. He is currently writing a book for SAS Publishing entitled Saving Time and Money using SAS Software, which includes a chapter about developing SAS applications using Enterprise Guide.
